[Flora-help] getting error cant post

Outlook Express could not post your message. Subject 'sdf', Account:
'news.flora.ca', Server: 'news.flora.ca', Protocol: NNTP, Server Response:
'440 Posting not allowed', Port: 119, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 440,
Error Number: 0x800CCCA9

Any ideas what might be causing it and how to fix it?, thankyou.

How do I post to newsgroups via news.flora.org?

This question is answered with other information on newsgroups,
specifically the page on how to post to newsgroups.

The short answer is that news.flora.org is a read only news server offered
to the community. There is no way to post directly to newsgroups using the
news.flora.org server.
