I have put in a notice that denies public access to the following sites.
These are sites where the administrators either didn't contact me, or
where they indicated they would not be using the new copyright licenses.

http://flora.org/contactjapan/
http://flora.org/911-inquiry/
http://flora.org/orb/
http://flora.org/alt-transp/
http://flora.org/c287/
http://flora.org/afo/
http://flora.org/coat/
http://flora.org/nowar/
http://flora.org/ovs/
http://flora.org/hs-arts/
http://flora.org/homeschool-ca/

If you have connections with these groups, please open dialog with them
about what they intend to be doing in the future.

Hi Russell I will volunteer to contact no war as I am in frequent touch
with some of those people.

Hi Russell,
I have been maintaining the bc section of homeschool-ca as well as the
conference page. The rest of the web group seems to be in some disarray. I
have no problem with using copyright licences for the BC pages, but I
haven't had time to figure it all out and make sure everything is up to
snuff. I barely manage the weekly updates as it is, so am not willing to
take on the whole homeschool-ca site. My time and web skills are at a
minimum, so maybe I should just move the bc pages somewhere else.

Thank you for the offer.

/nowar/ is actually over at http://www.nowar-paix.ca/nowar/ now. There
are some final steps in moving from Majordomo on FLORA.org to Mailman on
http://list.nowar-paix.ca/mailman/listinfo/nowar

The other one that is moving, just slowly, is:

> > http://flora.org/afo/

I do the redirect now, but the new site isn't entirely operational.

It is fairly simple, and documented in the FAQ:

http://www.flora.org/flora/faq.shtml#flora2

See: "How do I mark my documents with a Creative Commons License?"

It really is as easy as a few clicks, and cutting-and-pasting as
described on that site.

We can create a http://flora.org/hs-bc/ URL, set you up with a unique
FTP account, move the /homeschool-ca/bc/ files to that new URL and set up
a redirect so old bookmarks/etc will work.

That way what you are doing would be independant of the rest of the
/homeschool-ca/ site and would be live again quickly.

If you want to go this route, let me know in private email and we will
quickly get that set up.

Sandy, can you hold off on that until I track down the person in charge of
homeschool-ca? I can probably find them through the grapevine of the Ontario
Federation of Teaching Parents.

Or maybe I don't need to search that way, Russell, if you know whom I should
contact. I might be able to help them out so they can stay up and running
(or did they tell you they wouldn't be using the new copyright licenses?)
