Way to query nodes that are down and which hardware is available on a given node

Currently I obtain the node positions from https://www.flocklab.ethz.ch/user/scripts/flocklab-observer-positions.js

I was wondering if there was a similar API to obtain node statuses (are nodes down) and also which node hardware is available.
This is other than parsing the table at https://www.flocklab.ethz.ch/user/testbedstatus.php
