Hello to all,

I want to do the testing of CoAP protocol in FlockLab.

I want to create a scenario like client can communicate to server through router. I am able to upload the client and server. But can you guide me how can I setup the border router so server can send packets through it?

In Cooja, I can do it easily but I do not know about the FlockLab.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Hi,

You could potentially use the serial forwarder service of FlockLab to build a border router and interface with a server:

Hi,

As per your instructions, I have tried to access it through serial forwarder using the following way but did not get a response from the server. Where the client is running on my local machine and server is at FlockLab. I have also tried with the "nc" command, but the outcome is the same.

tunslip6 -a serial.flocklab.ethz.ch -p 50128 aaaa::1/64 or nc serial.flocklab.ethz.ch 50128

Even I tried to access the node from the CoAP client (coap.me). I am always getting the request timeout message. For reference, I have attached a screenshot of it.

Can you guide what went wrong in this?
