The notes are stored in an SQLite database in your Firefox profile folder.

I have notes saved for two web pages, but the SQLite database is only
showing notes for one page?

Do the notes show up on the corresponding web sites? Or only on one?

Well, every note has an entry in the database. It's difficult to say anything without really knowing what you see. With which application do you inspect the file? Maybe there is some pagination going on...

I only see one floatnotes.sqlite file, and I'm viewing the sqlite file
in NotePad++.
