Notes don't work correctly on some sites

That's what the note looks like when I create it. Inspecting it with Firebug, I discovered that the iframe's <head> tag is empty. In fact, in order to even delete that note I have to copy the <head> tag from another page with working notes, to this page, then the hover-controls are usable (if visually corrupted).

I am not sure what it is about this site that causes this to occur.
