floatnotes for mobile

Hi,

Any chance FloatNotes would be available for android?

Also, one feature floatnotes is missing is the ability to "link" a note to a precise part of the text. For example we could be able to highlight text and then write a comment which "points" precisely to that text. Currently the notes stay floating over the page, but without a direct mention to which part exactly in the text it is referring.
