Floatnote minimized to dot - how restore it?

Accidentally I minimize my floatnote to little dot like this.

When mouse is hover over this dot then floatnote is temporary restored to normal size.

And I don't know how I did it, and how restore it permanently to normal size.

Anyone can help?
