A new property

Hey everyone.

We had some setbacks. But now, I'm ready to get things rolling again
with a new piece of property, and an updated plan.

It's pretty amazing, isn't it?

As for the financing, here's the latest plan under consideration.

Prior to the land purchase, shares will sell for $3000. That'll give
the owner space to build a house for him or herself. This should be a
real community, so family and guests of the owners are welcome (within
reason). Though this will be slightly different than most intentional
communities, as I assume some owners will live there full-time, others
will live there only 1/2 the year, and others will just come down for
vacations. There are 26 shares for sale.

This part isn't definite yet. But I'd like to encourage people to in
larger amounts. If we can find just 7 people (including me) willing
to put in $10,000, we're basically there. So, I think after the
purchase, the share price should go up to $4000. As new members (up
to 26) join us, these larger contributors will be repaid for their
extra contributions. And, we'll give them a choice as to what they
want to do with the profit: take the money, put the money in art
funds, put the money into infrastructure funds, or donate it to a
Nicaraguan charity.

Please give me some feedback on this new financial model.

Hi Adam , long time no speak!!!, How are you? am pretty interested in this as a have a bit of money available i also know someone elso who may well be , so i will forward him the info , if thats ok, he's a very nice aussie chap, programmer like yourself. about to go to latvia for a week , but may mail you some questions when i get back, good on yer for doing this !!!
