I've put together a list of emergency contacts below:

It includes the marinas, police, fire, and nearby hospitals. If you
have additional numbers, please let me know.

There's also a sheet at the same URL for people willing to be emergency
volunteers. If you have medical training (EMT, CPR, physician, nurse,
etc.) and you're willing to help in an emergency, please add your name
to the list.
