Motivation - where to start.

Make a promise to yourself to make the time to train on a regular
basis. Maybe you have already seen the local gym group fitness
timetable and decided on classes to try or attend - great start!

Don't just fit it in hoping to get the results you desire. Think of it
like a savings plan. You set the target and work back to calculate
your plan to maximise your efforts. Now mark these down where you can
see it - YES WRITE IT DOWN.

I regularly train in the mornings - without question. Sure there are
times when I'm unable to train at my chosen time but that's life but I
get back into it straight away. My time is in my diary and is my time
- not anyone elses.

Make it a habit - keep doing it and it will soon become second nature.
And if you do suffer from Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) work at
a lighter intensity OR work another part of your body.

So you're off top a great start for 2008. See you tomorrow for more
motivation tips.
