Change in Practice Tournament Date

Hello everyone, We have a problem.  I just received the email below from the representatives at IS 227Q - The Louis Armstrong School. Dear Mike,        Unfortunately we need to change the date for the practice tournament from Dec 5 to Dec 19.   The school has decided to schedule a Open House on Dec. 5 and stated they will need the cafeteria for that day.  We are confirmed now for Dec 19 from 8am to 2pm.  No one may enter before 8 and everyone must be out by 2pm.  Therefore, we can run the tournament from 8:00 am until 1:30pm.  People can arrive while we are setting up, but we need to wrap up by 1:30 to give us time to clean up.        I apologize for the inconvenience.  We had spoken to the principal about Dec. 5th earlier, but it was never confirmed in writing.  However, this date (Dec. 19)is confirmed in writing.  Thanks for all your help and support.      We will be able to accommodate up to 200 people in addition to ourselves.  So I would suggest 10 teams with up to 20 people allowed per team (Kids/Teachers/Parents).   Please let everyone know that coffee, tea, and light refreshments will be available.      I will give you a call next week to go over the details.   Regards,   Richard Akalski ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- This means that I need to change things.  It also means that the registration process has been disrupted.  I still need you to register online.  The date has changed now.  It is now the 19th of December.  If you have already registered and can still attend on the 19th, then you have nothing to do.  If you would like to register, then you can still do so by clicking on the link in the prior email.  If you need to be taken off the registration then just reply to this email so that I can take you off.
