Dear Mike,

Thank you for a fantastic tournament again, our teams always have the best time 
enjoying themselves at the Aviation High School. Starting with the impressive flag team opening 

ceremony, to the well thought out schedule arrangement, pit area coordination, 
snack bar service, all the way to the most fun and exciting closing ceremony, 
You guys have out done yourselves again!

All the parents that came were so impressed at how efficient the tournament 

was run. They loved the big planes and helicopter in the hangars, and all wanted 
to find out more about the school too!

By the way, distributing the Lego gift and ribbons at noon was a brilliant move! 
The little Lego set kept the kids happy and busy for quite a while.


Now, if only you can broadcast the research and technical presentation to the 
adults that are outside the room or in the pit area, that would have been 
fantastic! Also, the green packet was great. But if you can add a few more copies of the 

schedule in the packet so that more than one adult can have the schedule and 
know where to direct the kids and their parents to go to, that would be 
extremely helpful!


Again, I want to thank you, the Aviation High School and all your volunteers for hosting
this tournament, and I look forward to attend the tournament again next year!
