1.   Only water your lawn 1 inch per week

2.   Pick plants that are adapted to Texas

3.   Use a hose nozzle and stop water when you are not washing your car

4.   Repair leaky hoses

5.   Water during morning or night

6.   When watering turn off water between travelling to new areas

1.   Take a short shower instead of a bath

2.   Install low flow toilets

3.   Wash dishes in the dishwasher instead of by hand
