New version 0.7.

I've just release version 0.7. It's a complete rewrite from the
previous version. The browser support is much improved. It works
perfectly in:
IE 6 and 7
Firefox 2
Safari

..and has minor CSS bugs in Opera for Windows and OSX (but not Linux).
