Problems with Lepton Thermal Camera Breakout v1.4

Hi all,

I've trying to capture images with Lepton Thermal Camera Breakout v1.4 without success! I've followed the steps explained here: https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/flir-lepton-hookup-guide. 

The installation and the connections with my raspberry 3 are ok, but when I try to capture an image a red square shows up like the tutorial from sparkfun says. I've disconnected the camera form the module several time, but nothing happens. I don't have more ideas!!

Could you help me with this problem please??

Assuming your wiring is correct, I'd suggest pulling the lepton out of the breakout board and re-seating it, while trying to stream an image. I've found with mine that the seating is a bit loose and often needs to be jiggled around - it's not enough to press it firmly in - all the way in doesn't do the job, it's more subtle than that.
