What exactly are telemetry mode and radiometry mode?

Should I choose and use one of the two?

The desired system is an application that obtains temperature by inputting ambient temperature/window temperature/distance factor, etc. through a spotmeter.

But I don't understand these two modes. (Beginner in the field of thermal cameras)

Could you explain it easily?

You can get temperature out of the box so don't have to specify what mode to use. And i believe the telemetry mode is used to debugging purpose.
