Since the last week I can't use Windscribe in Google Chrome extension incognito mode. Always a pop-up appears and blank page is displayed. I did the solutions on the windscribe site that when a pop-up continuesly appears but it didn't solve. Please help. I also see other people are experiencing this issue also.

So windscribe was working on chrome very smoothly a week ago. Then i had no need for it for a week. And now when i try to use it on google chrome, every site has the error page saying 'this site can't be reached'. On youtube it says 'you are offline'.

First of all I need to track requests, because some sites which I need to process are hiding their real domain by immediately redirecting to fake domain. To accomplish that I've chosen selenium-wire (if there are better options to do that please let me know) and I'm using it in pair with with undetected_chromedriver. Those two alone are working fine. However from time to time I need to change my IP. To do that I'm using Windscribe's Chrome extension and now all the problems begins, because after connection to Windscribe selenium-wire is immediatly stopping to track requests.

I have installed windscribe VPN browser extension for chrome and im unable to connect through vpn due to firewall blocking it. Can anyone let me know how to bypass the firewall so i can use windscribe vpn.

Additionally, this means that you will have to allow chrome as trusted application in bitdefender firewall since you are using windscribe vpn as an extension in chrome, which also means that any connection that is going to take place via chrome will not be scanned by bitdefender firewall which may or may not lead to malicious activity depending on how you use the chrome browser for surfing.

I have a Fortigate 60E securing Internet access, I'm using Security profile to block unwanted websites and applications and it's working fine except for Chrome extensions. I found that some users are using Hoxx and Windscribe extensions for chrome.

Thank you for your reply, as I said earlier, I already added the two signature to the Security profil => application Control => Add signature. by doing this the hoxx and windscribe desktop application were blocked successfully however the chrome extensions are still working :(
