FLINT workshop March 18-22 in Bordeaux

Hi all,

We will have a meeting for FLINT development March 18 - 22, 2024 in Bordeaux, following up last year's very successful workshop in Kaiserslautern.

Planned projects include:

* Performance tuning
* Integration in other software (SageMath, Oscar, python-flint, SymPy, etc.)
* Numerical and exact linear algebra
* p-adic arithmetic
* Generics
