Mittag-Leffler function

I don't see the Mittag-Leffler function in arb.. how is the recommended way to go about implementing it?

For integer α there is the confluent hypergeometric representation but I dont think this works for non-integers

Looks like Laplace inversion is the optimal way to evaluate it

Yes, integral representations would be the way to do it.

There is already an open issue about implementing the Mittag-Leffler function: https://github.com/fredrik-johansson/arb/issues/430
