FLINT 3.0.0 is now official. Get it here:

Here are the major changes between FLINT 2.9 and FLINT 3:

* Merged the Arb, Antic, Calcium libraries
* Generic rings (experimental)
* Small-prime FFT
* New build system based on Autotools
* Header file reorganisation
* Removed the C++ interface (now maintained in the separate flintxx repository)
* Dozens of new features, bugfixes and optimisations

The only differences between the final release and last week's rc1 are some updates to the documentation and a corrected typo.
