Grand unified Flint, continued

Hi all,

At https://github.com/fredrik-johansson/flint2/tree/alltogether/ is a branch of Flint with Antic, Arb, Calcium and generic-rings all merged into the same project.

There are some minor warts left to fix, but this should be fully functional (testing appreciated).

Please see issue https://github.com/flintlib/flint2/issues/1218 for comments.

I'd like to have a renewed discussion about whether this is the right way forward for Flint & friends (I believe it would make my own life significantly easier). Feel free to reply either to the mailing list or the GitHub issue.
