Possible change of license to LGPL v3 from LGPL v2 in FLINT

Hello,

Fredrik and I are planning to change the current license of FLINT from
LGPL v2 to LGPL v3. There is currently a PR open for this here [1] and
an issue for this here [2].

Please let us know if you have anything to add to this, or perhaps have
anything against this.
