FLINT v3.2.0-rc1

Hello,

We have just tagged the first release candidate of FLINT v3.2.0 under
the tag v3.2.0-rc1. You can download it under

https://github.com/flintlib/flint/releases/tag/v3.2.0-rc1

Please give it a try and report any bugs so that we can patch it before
v3.2.0 is released.

The new main features in the v3.2-series are

* A new module `mpn_mod' for packed fixed-size modular arithmetic,
* A new module `nfloat' for packed fixed-size floating-point arithmetic,
* More functionality in the `gr' modules.

This series also include some nice speedups and bug fixes. For credits
