Hi all,

Now that Flint 2.9 is available, it is time to make a new Arb release as well. I would appreciate any help testing the current git master on various systems, in Nemo, Sage, etc. If everything looks OK, I will issue a new version in a couple of days.

Testing Arb against the Flint 2.9 release is most important, but testing with the git trunk of Flint could be useful as well since there have already been some significant changes there.
