Scaled modified Bessel function I in fpwrap

Dear Frederik, it seems that you have forgotten to include the wrapper for the scaled modified Bessel function of the first kind Inu(z) in fpwrap. 

Or was it left out on purpose? 

I'm including it by hand for now.

This is just an oversight.

Some other scaled functions could be useful as well, e.g. erfcx.
