gr_ctx_clear

gr_ctx_clear is an inline function, and there is no callable alias -- and so no linkable symbol for using the library in other languages.

Hi Jeffrey,

gr_ctx_clear is a callable function in the library:

$ nm libflint.so | grep "gr_ctx_clear"
0000000000970680 T gr_ctx_clear

In our test suite, we do call it from Python without any problem.
