acb_overlaps vs _acb_overlaps

What's the difference, if any? One uses a temp variable and is affected by precision and the other isn't?

_acb_overlaps is an internal function to the integration code and should probably be made static.

I don't recall precisely why I added _acb_overlaps which performs a less accurate test than acb_overlaps, but I believe it was deliberate. If I figure it out again, I should probably add a comment...
