Hello,

Can I use flickrj-android in a regular java application neither it is
android nor GAE?
Is it possible to use it as a replacement for flickrj?

thanks for your interest. sure you should be able to use this library in any plain old java apps.

the library is based on the original flickj project, and removed those functions not compatible with android and gae.

whether it can completely replace the original Flickrj depends on your requirements, currently the android-flickrj does not support the replace existing pictures.
