I can't seem to successfully download any photos with Companion. I'm
able to download with Flickr Free but with companion I get the
notification that it starts and then it disappears. Where should the
photos download too if successful? I'm using an Aria with 2.2, let me
know if you need any additional information.

Thanks for all the work on this app I still can't believe that you
can't save the photos from your own account through the default app.

I seem to be having the same problem on a Galaxy S running 2.1

Hey, folks. Sorry about the trouble.

If the download is successful, it should show up on your SD card in a
folder
called "FlickrFree/download". Eventually it will show up in your Media
Gallery, but unfortunately how long that takes is up to the OS and I
have
no control over it.

Does either of you have a way to browser your SD card and see if the
file is there? If not, then we may be running up against something
different
about the filesystems of the Aria and the Galaxy S. If so, I'll figure
it out.

Yep I've checked in the directory structure with Astro and I can see
the images that I've downloaded from Flickr Free but not the images
that I've downloaded via the Flickr companion.

Thanks for the quick reply.

OK, I'm seeing the same thing in my code. That's good; at least I can
reproduce
the problem.

Hopefully it won't take me too long to figure this out.

OK, it's fixed. Look for an update tonight or tomorrow, and that
should solve the problem for you.

No, I don't mind you bugging me. :)

I'm still mystified about what could be going on here. On every device I've tested this on, the
image moves when you touch and drag (i.e., move your finger while it's on the screen, the
same way you scroll a menu). I can't imagine what could possibly be different with the
Incredible that that wouldn't work.

I just noticed that I'm having the same zoom, image won't move problem
on a Samsung Vibrant (Galaxy S) running Android 2.1.1
