Flickr Photo album size issues

I am totally new to this but really want to learn how to make the
photos in the sidebar be the same width as the sidebar on my blog.
Do i have to change the code in my style sheet or plugin in code?
Is there a beginners guide or step by step instructions anywhere for
total newbies?
WOuld really appreciate any links or help at all
