add new controls or buttons to flexpaper

Hi,

Is there a way to add more controls like labels or buttons on the menu bar in flexpaper.

we have a need to provide additional controls to our viewers.

I know you can use the Toolbar config param and load in custom html data but I have issues using that param for fullscreen mode.
