Testing annotation plugin and supported pdf formats in HTML5 mode

Hello FlexPaper Team,

it would be very interesting for me to try the annotation plugin too. If it fits for our purposes (and it looks like it does) i am sure we would implement it. Furthermore i would like to know if there are any pdf-types/formats which aren't supported by the HTML5-Version.
