Hi,
I have this problem but with the latest 2.1.4 version.
When an hyperlink (that has been saved with the pdf at source rather than being added through the desktop publisher) is clicked, two new windows appear. The flexpaper window remains untouched (this is fine - I want the link to open in a new window) - it's just that clicking on that link opens one too many new windows.
I've checked within the publishing program that there's no way to specify a target and I've checked the xml config files to see if there is anything specified in there and there isn't in either, so I am assuming that this is an issue with Flexpaper itself.
Can you advise please?
