എല്ലാവർക്കും സുഖമല്ലേ ? എല്ലാവരും ഈ മെയിൽ കാണുന്നുണ്ട് എന്നു കരുതുന്നു. 

റിയാദിനെ വല്ലപ്പോഴും കാണാറും വിളിക്കാറുമുണ്ട്.

നമ്മുടെ  കമ്പനി രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ കാൻസൽ ചെയ്യുന്ന കാര്യം ആലോചിക്കേണ്ടേ? അത് ചെയ്യാനുള്ള പ്രൊസീഡ്യറുകൾ എന്തൊക്കെയാണ്? ഒന്ന് അപ്‌ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യാമോ റിയാദ്?  വരുന്ന ജൂൺ  ജൂലൈ മാസങ്ങളിൽ എല്ലാവരും നാട്ടിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുമല്ലോ?

Riyad, Kindly update on this since there is a central govn. rule saying that non-operative companies should be closed ASAP.

The company has been wound up. No tensions. Filed the papers, myself since Riyad wasn't available to sign. Luckily it went well.

So, do you have an official document saying formally everything related to winding up the company is completed?

Chartered Accountant said that the paperwork is completed and nothing more to do. It is we who is letting them know that the company ceased operation. So it's over.
