Feature Request: Multiple Search Filters

I have two fields First and Last names, and I want to search for a specific person with first and last names, but cannot do this with Flexigrid, it only gives me one search field. 

Therefore I think multiple search filters would be good, see this post http://gembelzillonmendonk.wordpress.com/2010/06/28/flexigrid-and-codeigniter-with-advanced-searching-with-example/.
