compiler source?

The flexcover-sdk project talks about source modifications to the flex
compiler etc. Where is the source for the flex compiler that this
modifies? I dno't see it in the current Flex SDK distribution. Did
it used to be available in the past, and is no longer?

I believe most releases of the Flex SDK compiler can still be downloaded from:
