can i use the instrumented swf from flexcover sdk and put it on a
central server so that many users can use the swf and it should
increase teh coverage in cvm file accordingly.???

I don't think this can work out of the box since FC writes trace information to a local file or socket server. You might be able to adapt the instrumentation logging agent by hand though to log to a server via batched HTTP requests.

The swf will probably perform quite poorly for its users in this situation unless instrumentation is extremely limited.

You can do this already with the AIR CoverageViewer. Just load multiple reports one after the other.
