html templates not generated when using modified 4.1.0 SDK and Flash Builder 4

When I switch my project to use the 4.1.0 SDK I modified for
Flexcover, the html templates are not generated in the projects html-
template folder. If I switch to the default 4.1.0 SDK the templates
are generated again. Wondering why this is and what I can do to fix
it? I'm assuming somehow Flash Builder does not know from where to
fetch the template for the modified SDK, even though it's an exact
copy of the default SDK (with flexcover modifications applied)

Not sure that this is a Flexcover SDK issue per se, but since people
here should be switching around their SDK all the time I'm hoping
someone might have stumbled upon this before ;)

Is the modified flexcover sdk for 4.1.0 available? We're moving to
4.1.0 and would like to update flexcover as well.
