Flex Mobile server configuration on IIS

Hi There!

We have an app developed on Flex Mobile and currently configured on Php/Zend framework and xammp server.
The user wants to have the server configured to be IIS due to Microsoft license and so on.

These adhoc projects are part and partial and when man-power (skill-power) is low, the project just gets to anyone.
I am just a code developer (no infrastructure, no server configurations) have not worked with IIS before, nor that I have configuration experience or knowledge. So I followed a tutorial on creating a simple flex app and configure server to be ASP.NET --> IIS. Pardon me for my nooby-ness.
I am getting following error. Appreciate any advice on how to get this step solved as well as how to set up IIS by converting from Php, Zend, xammp.
