AIR Installation Failure

Hi ,
I get this error when I try to install AIR file[air_b1_win_061107]
the procedure entry point attach console could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll
How can I solve this problem

Which operating system you are using? Are you windows XP SP2?
Please check the system requirements for AIR?
