Looking for an immediate opportunity

I am a fulltime freelancer from past 3+ years and total of 10+ years of solid experience. I am a full stack developer and a front end expert(primarily HTML5, javascript, Flash, Flex and adobe AIR). Apart from this I have a pretty good hold on core Java, JSP, PHP, angularJS(learning), Coldfusion, ASP, MySQL, Oracle, DB2. I am open to explore opportunities even if they call for learning especially ROR development.

I recently have health issues that restricts me to travel to office and have a normal office routine on regular basis, though I can visit offices once or twice a week and primarily looking to work remotely to help work on my health and get back on track. Would appreciate if you or anyone in your reference has any immediate opportunity that I can take up.
