browser problem for application

Hi

I have i attatched zip file.It will contains one application and css file.Here my problem is

when i resize or add any tool bars i am getting scrollbars for my application.I dont want to use verticalcrollpolacy=off;

I want my application clearly when browser resizing.I have used percentages also.Eventhough i am getting scrollbars.

Plz any body help me.Like this i have 10 components.
