You can take help from following links:

1. http://www.darronschall.com/weblog/2005/08/setting-up-eclipse-for-flex.cfm

This post from Darron Schall is old but still hits the bull's eye.
Follow the steps in same sequence.

2. http://www.roseindia.net/flex/compiling_flex_on_eclipse.shtml

This will cover the ground left untouched by Darren.

I used these two and now running flex SDK on Eclipse successfully.
Keep Flexing!!

Thanks Nick.
Its working. I have following queries :

1. Is there any .mxml editor in eclipse or I have to do everything in
a simple text editor? Is there any smart editor like the mxml editor
of flex?
2. How to create a flex project in eclipse? It only shows java things.

Thanks
Ranjan

If you are able to install flex3.xsd as mentioned in Darron Schall's
post, then eclipse is pretty good .MXML editor.

Link for XSD: http://code.google.com/p/xsd4mxml/downloads/detail?name=flex3.xsd&can=2&q=

Use this post for additional info:

Creating a project in same way as Flex Builder, is not possible in
Eclipse. But you can use modify templates in Eclipse Preferences.
