Exactly.
Adobe must never, ever, try to run a 200 user free text chat, and
expect to get very much done.
IRC, for instance, allows uses to be voice/unvoice so their text
can/can not be seen. If you want to ask a question, you private
message an admin, who will give you 'voice' while the answer is given
etc., than takes it away.
I think even Connect supports that, so that might be one way forward,
if not just plain using IRC (though this might be too foreign to some
people who've not been exposed to it before).
Pre-submitting questions is a nice idea, but if the team then answers
something slightly different, there's no way to stop them and correct
the area the question really meant.
