Pop-up window in Flex application

Hi everyone!
My Flex application has small pop-up Flex windows, and I'm curious if
Flex Pilot can see elements from such windows.In my case after filling
Flex form and pushing save button there is additional small pop-up
Flex window that ask if you are sure to save changes, I can do nothing
to it and the whole testing process for that Flex page becomes useless
since I can't hit small button "OK" at the end in that pop-up window.
Any ideas what can I do????

Hi Evan,
Can you send a screenshot of the screen with the button? That will be
helpful for me to try and figure out what's going on.
