Commands in ID not available in RC?

can someone tell me why these commands are commented when formatting a
test case from IDE html to any other language?

selenium.assertFlexObject();
selenium.assertFlexReady();
selenium.assertNotFlexObject();
selenium.assertNotFlexReady();
selenium.flexDate();
selenium.flexFocusOut();
selenium.verifyFlexObject();
selenium.verifyFlexReady();
selenium.verifyNotFlexObject();
selenium.verifyNotFlexReady();
