Hi, folks.

I just want to check in:  I'm interested to know how many people on this list are still active, and how many are actively using FLEx on Linux.  Would you mind replying to me (offlist is probably best) to let me know?  I would love to know:

 - How often do you use FLEx on Linux?  (If you no longer use it, can you tell me why?)

 - What are the main features you (currently or used to) use (Lexicon, Texts, something else)?

 - Do you support others who use it who are not on this list (or even on the Internet)?

 - What version of Linux are you using?

 - How well is FLEx on Linux working for you (e.g., "I can do what I need to", "It mostly works, but there are gaps", "It is really slow and hard to do anything")?

If you would like to be removed from this list, please let me know that as well.

I still use it but there are issues.  I'll elaborate further later.

Hi Beth, 

We are helping a team to do translation into one Indonesian language. We use lexicon features of Flex.

We use Macs. Most of the team members use Windows with Parallels. At the moment only one team member uses Linux (Ubuntu), and when we upgrade her hardware to Apple's own silicon later this year (M-series microprocessors) she will be using Windows with Parallels. I have Linux installed on my machine, but I have not used it for several years.
