SEND/RECEIVE problem

Dear Flex-User,

I cannot use the function SEND/RECEIVE with Flex right now.

I have the latest version installed (9.3.8).

The default link used is seemingly the following:
https://resumable.languageforge.org/amj-flex

What should I do? Is the link correct? If not, what is the new correct link?

Each time I try it does not work, but Flex even stops running and I have
to start the computer anew each time. It seems to be a bug.
