I often add Flex "notes" to sentences in my texts. Often the note directs me to ask some questions of my language consultant to clarify something. These types of notes are "unresolved" and are different from notes which just make an observation about sentence.

Since I have a backlog of texts to examine, and I am sometimes looking at several texts over the course of the day, and since I don't work with my language consultant every day, I would find it helpful if Flex provided a way for me to tag a note as "resolved" or "unresolved". That way, when I have a moment with my language consultant, I could just pull up all of the unresolved notes and deal with them.

Hi Colin,

Pending a specific tool for such purposes, I have used keywords (e.g.
"check orig." where I need to go back and look at an original
document, "??" for general unresolved questions)--then I run a
concordance on those strings in my notes field, and eliminate them as
I resolve the questions. It's not pretty, but it works.

Thanks. Excellent suggestion.
